Below is the sketch up of the agenda. Because we expect to be Ustreaming points, we will need to have some schedule / focus. That said, in person time is precious and we won't waste it sticking to an agenda if something important/ interesting comes up. Back Ground: assumptions, assumptions revisited, Fred's draft paper on FB Session Goal: Determine fundamental points of agreement, disagreement and open question. Break 10:10- 11:00: Adoption. Back Ground: 3 key points of adoption Framework: 1) Solve a pain. (For students first, then schools) 2) Simple / obvious to use. 3) Community attachment. Key Questions: Is "Find Your People" the right student motivation? Should we prioritize top down (administration / institution) or bottom up (student / student leader) adoption? Session Goal: Clarify positioning to constituents. Identify points of friction. Break 11:10 - 12:00: Roadmap critique What's the key value of each feature planned for the next 3 months (the free version)? [It's a limited budget, feature death match!] Lunch 1:00 - 1:30: Open source? Break 1:40 - 2:30: Paid features prioritization If we move some student data control to the student, which department can make use of it? 1) Career services 2) Advising 3) Alumni Relations 4) Student Affairs 2:40 - 3:00: Key questions determination. Goal: figure out what is most important to figure out. 3:00 - 3:30: reflection on key points. Each participant prioritizes their question and begins to list out action plan to addressing / solving. 3:30 - 4:10: Discuss questions with plans. 4:20 - 5:00: Community review / critique. What more can we do to effectively find and facilitate a community interested in this type of project?
